Cooking Instructions For Sweet & Sour Pork Tenderloin

1. Marinate: Cut pork tenderloin into 1cm-thick strips. Mix with pepper powder,cooking wine, and salt. Marinate 20 mins.

2. Coat: Make a thick batter with 2 tbsp starch, 1egg, and a litle cold water. Coat pork strips, then mix in a little oil.

3. Fry: Fry the coated pork strips at medium-high heat until slightly golden. Drain off oil and refry until golden.

4. Glaze: Saute 100g sweet & sour sauce in pan. Toss with 30g fried pork strips. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Tip: Adjust the amount of sauce according to personal preference.
