Cooking Instructions:

Boil about 1kg of meat, fish, shrimp and the vegetable (potato, broccoli, mushroom, etc.) till medium well for preparation; mix 50g vegetable oil with a packet of seasoning (100g) to stir-fry for 10 seconds; then quickly stir-fry the prepared ingredients for 3 minutes till it can be served.
