Cooking Instructions:

1.Marinate 800-1000g fish pieces with 5-10g salt for5 minutes.Set aside.

2.Heat50g vegetable oilin a pot,add 150g seasoning and stir-fryfor30 seconds.Pourin about 600ml water and bring to a boil.Add the fish pieces, and add more water to cover the fish pieces. Cook until the fish is fully done. Serveimmediately.

Cooking Instructions:

1.Dice approximately 400g chicken, 120g green peppers, and 50g onions.

2.Heat 50g vegetable oil in a pot.Add the chicken and stir-fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add 5og of this seasoning and stir-fry evenly. Then add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry until cooked.

This seasoning can also be used to prepare Hunan-style spicy stir-fried pork,malatang,spicy beef, spicy tofu, etc.
