Product Introduction
Cooking Instructions:
Usage Method 1. For Hot Pot/ Malatang: Add 200g hot pot seasoning to 1000g water or clear broth and bring to a boil. Once boiling, it is ready for cooking a variety of ingredients such as meats (fish, poultry, meat, eggs, etc.), soy products, and vegetables. (Serves 2-4 people).
Usage Method 2. For Braised Dishes (e.g., Red-Braised Beef, Lamb, or Other Meats): Heat 100-150g of cooking oil in a pot until nearly boiling. Add 1800g of prepared meat pieces and stir-fry over high heat for about 2 minutes. Add 200g hot pot seasoning and continue stir-frying until fragrant. Add enough water to cover the ingredients by about 1 cm. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until the liquid is nearly reduced and the meat is fully cooked. Ready to serve.
Usage Method 3. This seasoning is also great for making Maocai, Chuanchuan, Mala Xiang Guo, and other similar dishes.
