Cooking Instructions:

Heat about 30g vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat until 40-50°C. Add 300g pre-boiled pork ribs (to remove impurities) and pan-fry until slightly browned on both sides. Pour in 200g water and a packet of seasoning, stir them well. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, then increase the heat to reduce the sauce until thick and glossy. You can also sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds.
